"The hotel is literally falling apart everywhere. The staff are beyond unhappy and make it completely clear they do not want to be there. The doors to the rooms apparently need replacing and it is almost impossible to get into them. You have to pull the door to you and spend up to 10 minutes trying to get the card reader to turn green so you can get in, I had to get help more than once which they weren't nice about & I heard two other separate people having the same problems, they also had to get the front staff to help after struggling for a long time. Once in the room EVERY surface is covered in something VERY sticky that won't come up, the carpets are disgusting & sticky. There's thick dust on the overhead fan and most the furniture including the bathroom. Folded cardboard is shoved under the corners of most the furniture. When I went to secure the door and go to sleep I discovered that the safety latch wasn't even on the door correctly, it was crooked from being broken off before, and the door lock doesn't even line up with the door frame so you can't actually lock it. I only felt remotely safe since it's already so difficult to get in the room. The bed is lumpy and hard as a board so I got zero rest.The full breakfast was not at all as advertised. It was stale bagels & breads, concerning sausage links, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal waffle maker. I was told the pool & hot tub aren't heated. "

"Nice hotel but in a not so safe area- lots of homeless and very little restaurants and stores- seemed like an abandoned city. Still the hotel was upscale and nice to bring a dog. "

"Parking was gated. Doors only open with card after certain hours. Safety measures in place!"

"When I checked in,the staff wanted me to deposit $50 dollars by credit card & I accepted. They should cancel the charging money of $50 immediately after my check out when they had no trouble in my room. But they didn't do any action about it during 10 days after checking out. I don't know why on earth they charged me and what happened in their system."

"The room 204 have a bullet hole in the peep hole door!! People hanging in the park lot drinking alcohol and beer just didn’t feel safe!! The room was nasty as she was having us to walk up and down this property look for a clean room after me driving 6 hours from Texas! I want my money back plus my reward keys money back too!! I have pictures too thanks Kim Evans "
