The staff we interacted with were uniformly helpful and very pleasant. They helped counter some of the frustration from the poor design of the hotel. Shoreline Inn & Conference Center, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Overall a great hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful as well. We didn't get a chance to eat or drink at the restaurant/bar, but I did hear good things about the food.
