Great hotel and great customer service. Was very clean and was an easy walk to downtown.

This was one of the most dog friendly places we’ve ever stayed. Dogs are even allowed on the rooftop pool deck! (As well as the restaurant areas, etc.). I appreciate that there is no extra pet fee. (I hate hidden fees. We usually rule out any hotels with pet fees from our search.) They even gave us a little dog treat bag and bandana when we arrived. I also very much enjoyed the rooftop pool. Great vibe and great drinks. Had a nice afternoon there. The room itself was very nice. Awesome...

It was great. The only thing that could change would be maybe the breakfast in the morning could change a bit

Great location - close enough to Broadway without being in the hustle and bustle. Appreciated the in and out privileges with parking. Great breakfast offerings. The room was clean and well-maintained, and included all of the necessary amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

From Alberta Canada, this is our first time to Nashville. This property is the ideal location to walk to Union Station, Bridgestone Arena and Nissan Stadium and Broadway along the Cumberland River. Steps away from the State Capital and Museum, Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum and local eateries in Germantown. The front desk staff, breakfast bistro staff and housekeeping staff were exceptional and hospitable. Our family’s week stay was the best and we’ll be back!

Was clean and interesting property in a decent location.

This place is awesome! Period. We are sad to leave but will be back! The location is perfect. It’s in a safe area surrounded by amenities. The loft is spectacular adding some amazing character and memories to our visit. Staff were super helpful throughout the booking, check in, stay and check out. 5 stars all around.

Clean place. Offered free Uber down town all very accommodating

Close to downtown and free shuttle to town make this a great place to stay! Large rooms, comfy beds and a great place

Great value compared to other nearby accommodations. The room divider / work station between the beds and couch is a nice touch that allows a bit of privacy. Excellent free breakfast and friendly staff. Only quibble: What are all those weird clanking sounds in the elevator shaft? Kinda disconcerting. Still, highly recommended. I've stayed at some of the much pricier hotels in the area, and this was easily their equal.

The staff was amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable. I’d go back in a heartbeat
