« Great space overall. The hot tub was listed but not actually operational. Didn’t realize the property was lived in by the owner which we realized when all the dresser drawers in the master bedroom had clothes in them and his personal items were in the bathroom. Would recommend providing some empty drawers for use as there were no drawers and no closet available in the master bedroom. Also recommend removing all personal food from the fridge and freezer. Or at least making a comment about items...

« The location was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. We were less than 10 minutes away from Herman park and the Museum district. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful. Max, was one of the most responsive hosts I have ever had in my 10+ years of using this and the other similar website for vacation rentals. We had a few issues upon check in with kitchen appliances not working properly. Max was immediately responsive and provided workable solutions within 1 hour and had the issues...

« Garage parking, especially elevator lobby at G2 level is extremely dirty. Common corridor has ventilation issues with strong cooking odors. The carpet is brown color and bed sheet is dark purple... Also, the shower head has a very low water pressure, probably due to calcium build-up. On the positive side, the apartment has a great location, the security garage gate and door open app, Gatewise works great. Host service is very helpful. »

« First we were locked out because the pin that we were given was wrong so we had to try to get ahold of someone which was very difficult. We were on the phone for over an hour trying to figure out what to do, until someone finally let us in. Then we get up to the condo and there were dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom and no towels for anyone to shower. So again we called customer service and were on the phone for a long time, they gave us money to buy towels. We weren’t informed prior...
