"Reasonable rates, large rooms, free parking and wonderful staff. Why would anyone stay in downtown Fukuoka in tiny rooms with no service when this place is only a 30- minute drive to Fukuoka airport? It’s also near Dazaifu Tenmangu and some local restaurants. Great stay."

"Pros: The apartment is very spacious with covered balcony. They reimburse the taxi fare from Hakata train station to the apartment on the arrival date. The staff is extremely nice. Cons: Next to the train tracks and freeway. The train runs until midnight and starts again at 6 AM. Quite far, 30 mins walk to Hakata Station. Noise from neighbors can be an issue as most of the tourists in this area are from China, Korea, Thailand, they can be inconsiderate and rowdy until late at night."

"The room was big, offering far more space than many other hotels in Japan. Well-maintained, it provided me with a relaxing stay. The onsen was a true highlight: beautifully designed and open from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., and again from noon to midnight. The only minor drawback was that the central air conditioning provided heat only, but the chilly weather in early April kept the room pleasantly comfortable. Recommended :)"

"The main come on was the free flowing draft beer, iced coffee, nuts dried fruits and chocolates at the lobby. The main drawback was the lack of housekeeping staff for the duration of the stay. Guests are required to bring out their trash although towels and toilet papers can be easily replaced at the counter when needed. For 300Usd a night it sure is nice to have a room cleaning service."

"No lift but we stayed on 4th floor. One night it ran out of hot water in a sudden, and nothing they could do about it, just told us to wait till the next day. Other then the issues above, other things are ok. The room is not big but it's reasonable for 2 people. Not recommend for families, but ok for single traveler or couple. "
