I have six times for late check out. I got push push push Tell me to ask later ask later all we ask is for one extra hour. They told me no I don’t this is too much to ask probably will never come back to this hotel again it seems like a lot of the rules are not being kept up specially, in the pool

I stay here every time I’m in the area. I feel safe and it’s clean. The front desk goes above and beyond with customer service. The complimentary breakfast in the mornings is so delicious. A bonus is they have water 24/7 to fill up your personal water flask. Love it here.

It is a convenient location to our family that we visit. Of course there is noise from I-15 that can not be helped. Property is easy to access.

The evening front desk Mrytle gave us excellent service, since it was an unexpected stay because of an emergency. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again in the future.

The staff was awesome and the hosts in the breakfast room did a great job keeping the great food filled. The room was decent and clean and we really liked that there was a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. We wish that there were bigger cups for coffee, we like our coffee. There were lots of shopping nearby, but we did not use it.

The included breakfast was better than most motels. It was well prepared, and available for 5 hours in the morning. It was one of the best I have seen in motels offering this complimentary breakfast.

I didn't get to stay at your hotel due to the staff at the hotel at the desk told me that I could not have my service dog there so my reservation he said he was going to cancel it I don't know if he did or not and he was rude and due to him not letting me come in on my reservation that I made which was late at night and I drove in from Arizona I had to sleep in my car and then find another hotel the next day so I'm highly upset and I am a member I have a membership with the comfort inn & suites and I don't appreciate being treated like that

Unfortunately we are not a pet friendly hotel. Emotional support animals are not recognized as service dogs by the American Disability Association A.D.A. The best our Front desk agent David was able to do was cancel your reservation without a penalty and recommended a few pet friendly hotels in the area.

It is obvious that the staff and management take a great deal of pride in what they do. The towels were soft, clean and fresh smelling, the room was clean more meticulously than most recent hotels I have stayed at, the breakfast was really good and had variety, staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Overall excellent. (Only one minor thing that could have been improved was the lack of coffee cups with the coffee maker in the room - however we were able to grab some from the dining area without issue.)

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. One think I did not really like was that the only sink was not in the bathroom, but out in open in the room. I would much rather have it in the bathroom.

I love comfort inn. They do alot of extras and staff is always friendly. Staff should be more English smart even just basics, but overall very nice. Love the snack bags, and the pool!!

Very clean facility. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, even had a welcome bag of snacks for us! The room was large with clean linens. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Strong chlorine smell, but nothing a shower afterwards couldn't fix. Also one of the best breakfasts we've ever had at a budget hotel. Bacon, sausage, eggs, tortillas, muffins, toast, waffles, cereals, beans, coffee, juice, hot chocolate, and probably more that I didn't notice. All excellent!

Had a non smoking room and the bathroom smelled like smoke and there was an weird stail smell to the room. There was also a annoying drip noise all night from the AC or water system sounding like a clock. The TV was hard to work. It's a place to sleep for the night, but would not recommend it!
