Conveniently located within walking distance of some great restaurants and a short drive to the Botanical Gardens. The neighborhood was quiet, and the host was very welcoming. The shower pressure was good, and we didn't run out of hot water during our showers, which can be a concern with RVs. Our only complaint was that the bed appeared to be the original RV mattress; it was extremely uncomfortable and sagged in the middle.
