"The apartment was quite comfortable and spacious with a separate living room. It is situated above an ice cream (excellent by the way) parlor and parking is easy and secure. Access is easy and staff was well prepared for our arrival. Message exchange with owner prior to arrival gave all info required for easy access. Only drawback is you cannot control temperature in the apt as it is controlled downstairs by the ice cream parlor. Depending on the season of your visit it may not be an issue. In between seasons, it is a little different as you may want warmer in the bedroom but cannot adjust. I assume if it was an issue, the owners would cooperate and help you out. They want you to be comfortable."
