Son Sant Marti is a large, child-friendly country house, known as "Finca Can Corritx," situated 3 km from Can Picafort in Santa Margalida, Spain. This two-story property, surrounded by trees and fields, comprises the main house and an outbuilding. It boasts an extensive 10-hectare shared property with a lawn, trees, and an orchard. The vacation rental features a seasonal swimming pool (20 x 12 m) available throughout the year, along with a children's pool, outdoor shower, and tennis court. Additionally, it offers a patio, terrace, garden furniture, and pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Inside the house, you'll find a storage room for bicycles and roofed parking on the premises.
