"My experience at this hotel was disappointing when it comes to the facilities. I do not believe it should be promoted as a boutique hotel when there are so many maintenance issues. In addition, the walls are so thin that you can clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms, including toilet flushes from other bathrooms. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the right hotel for you. It may be acceptable for a one-night stopover, but not for a relaxing stay.
The bathtub was clogged, the fabric curtains were very dusty, and the refrigerator in the room did not work. These are basic aspects that directly affect guest comfort and do not match the image the hotel presents online.
I do want to acknowledge that the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and very good quality. I would also like to highlight the staff, who were attentive and professional throughout my stay. In particular, Jimmy, a young Cuban receptionist, was exceptionally kind, friendly, and always willing to help.
However, no matter how good the customer service is, the reality is that the property does not reflect what is advertised online. I hope the hotel invests in proper maintenance so that the guest experience matches the expectations they create."
