"O hotel tem uma localização excelente, bem central em Porto Seguro, e as acomodações são boas no geral. Porém, alguns pontos precisam de melhorias urgentes. As portas dos quartos aparentam estar comprometidas por cupim, o que passa uma sensação de falta de manutenção. O café da manhã é bastante fraco, com pouca variedade, e durante o horário faltavam itens básicos com frequência. Cheguei a solicitar leite em pó e fui informado de que não havia. Também pedi um sabonete e disseram que não tinha...
