The space
You will have the full 3bedroom house, 1 bath to yourself; two queen size beds and a full bed. Fully stocked kitchen, nicely decorated living area. This house has a spacious basement partitioned with fully functional washer and dryer. There’s front porch and back porch with seats provided for a nice outdoor experience.

We're conveniently situated for easy access to all the local attractions. Whether you're here to explore the town, visit Ball State or attend a business conference our cozy and stylishly decorated house will make you feel right at home. The comfortable furnishings, modern amenities, and a well-equipped kitchen make your stay a breeze, and a plush couch and flat screen tv make in the living room to make unwinding after a long day stress free. It's also remote work or work from home friendly, with two office desks and a desktop monitor(hook your laptop with HDMI cable to have a double screen access) available for your use so you can keep up to date while travelling if needed. With everything you need to feel comfortable and at ease during your stay, our house is the perfect place to call home while you're in Indiana.

Private parking is available for up to 4 cars, making it easy and convenient for guests who are traveling with their vehicles. You won't have to worry about finding a spot on the street or paying for parking during your stay.
