"Property was very clean. There was an incident in the pool whereby a child had an accident so the pool had to be closed and cleaned for an hour or so. Not the hotels fault and they did seem to have a procedure to deal with it. Check-In was easy as was check-out. Breakfast was good but the same every day during our stay Mon-Sat. Great location to the beach and central to the main activities. "

"Hilton Experience : The sheets on both beds had a sour smell. Even after we asked to have them changed them out the replacement sheets had the same sour smell. The beach towels were thin, the tub had a chip and the shower pressure and heat was awful. The AC unit was loud all night and the TV had a terrible signal. And to top it all off we were told if we a late checkout to ask the morning of but when we asked we were denied. "The room was clean. Nothing fancy. Only stayed one night for a concert. We walked to the Pensacola Bay Center and back. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Free breakfast was cereal, breads, yogurt, juice, and coffee; no cooked items. It was a good hotel for the price."

"The motel, in my opinion, was not exactly as advertised. The pool was nice and mostly clean. The beach that was advertised is not really a beach, it’s about 20’ wide and does have chairs but just not what I expected from the pictures and description. The staff was very professional and helpful especially the sweet lady that takes care of breakfast. Our room had a wet feeling and appeared to have not been mopped for a while. All in all, I’m pretty sure I will not book again."

"My husband an I found the rooms to be very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the in room coffee maker with coffee pods were a great touch. The hair dryer and iron and ironing board a welcome touch. But the single best thing about this hotel was the staff who were professional, friendly and went out of their way to provide top-notch service. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone! "
