"2 bedroom cabin was clean and neat. Small bottle of milk on arrival. No English Breakfast Tea Bags on arrival but privided on day 2. On day 2 we asked for another small bottle of milk (4ppl in cabin) but we were told, only milk only on arrival. For the price - this is pretty stingy. We spent some time searching for a place to buy milk in Mt Cook. We eventually found some. Funny how a small thing like an extra small amount of milk can cloud a stay."

"Very clean room. It’s in a great location. Breakfast was great and the front desk left us a note when we were running late to check in. Overall it’s a nice place to stay but some of the paint on the drywall was messy and the drains were a little smelly. Something you might expect from a mountain lodge."

"Great views from our room and also from communal kitchen area and the patio is great. Rooms are nice and well equipped. Parking is limited in front and first in first serve so may have to park in designated areas not to further away. Very much enjoyed our 1 night stay."
