"The hall smell awful and hallway carpet was so old it was tape down. The room smelled like cigarettes smoke all night. We were very uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. I well not stay there again. "

"The “queen size” beds are not queen size. They are double size. Definitely much smaller than a queen. The mattress was extremely low quality and like sleeping on concrete. The bed was not stable. Beware, there is no elevator. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything happening in the rooms beside you….even someone using the bathroom. The continental breakfast was not available. We didn’t know this until we got into the room. They were also remodeling, which we didn’t know until we got into the room. The remote to the TV didn’t work. We couldn’t figure out how to keep the air conditioning on because the controls were limited. We will never stay there again. If we could give it a zero rating, we would. If you require ADA accommodations, the doors don’t meet those requirements. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Keep driving to Boise."

"The team at The Sparrow couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Jodi and her son gave fantastic recommendations for where to visit/eat/drink, were responsive via text, and helped us figure out how to best unload a carful of stuff into our room! The lobby is really well appointed (check out Bananagrams at the game table upstairs!) while the coffee shop is fantastic (the almond/lemon drink was phenomenal). The room was comfortable and spacious, and overall we had a great time. Thank you, Jodi!"

"It was a reasonable rate and good for a quick layover on my trip. Only had carbs for breakfast, no protein or fruit. Carpets were badly stained. Th morning staff were friendly and helpful."
