Mount Washington Observatory Weather Discovery Center Tours and Activities

It was nice to have a balcony and have the slider open. Bed was extremely comfortable and a great shower. Large towels. Carpet looked rather new and overall very enjoyable stay.

Well when we first arrived the hotel was outdated and musty feeling. The attendant at the front desk was rude to us. Didn’t give us any directions on where our room was and this hotel is a maze not a standard hotel. The swimming pool was GREEN! But ok to swim in staff said so. No thank you! Finally found the room after being so turned around to discover dirty towels, dusty room, a loose tile in the bathroom floor (almost fell) and mold on the bathroom ceiling and the wrong room! Was down graded and not even told. Tried to ask front desk what happened and they said there was nothing they could do. They had no rooms available. When I booked this room days in advance. Then to top it off BED BUGS! Immediately checked out and left. Got stuck driving 2 hours! To next available hotel and this was at 1 in the morning! The entire town and surrounding towns sold out :( Do NOT recommend this hotel! Stay away if you can. Positive note was refunded for room but not taxes go figure.
