"This motel is a throwback to the 1960s. My husband said it was just like ones he stayed in as a kid on family trips. Our unit was clean, quiet, well maintained. It had everything the current motels have...ironing board/iron, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries, full size mirror, comfortable bed. It even had a retro looking full size refrigerator which I really appreciated. So glad we stay locally in Mt Vernon rather than driving out!"

"This was the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and it wasn’t an expensive hotel it had a very good rate. The only issue I had was the hair dryer wasn’t very good, and we stayed on a Saturday night and breakfast wasn’t ready until 7 on Sunday but we had to leave before then.
