Communication with the owners and property manager was excellent. This house will be our first choice the next time we vacation in the Poconos. »

We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us. I loved the customer service and accommodations. I would definitely stay here again. »
