"We have stayed at the property numerous times, and it’s one of our favorites. The rooms are spacious & immaculately clean, as is the rest of the hotel. The location is fantastic for families. You can easily get to Mt. P, IOP, Sullivan’s, downtown. There’s a playground & splash pad within walking distance. The kids love the pool at the hotel. They also loved the daily manager’s reception every evening. They were able to get drinks & snacks while waiting for dinner. Flood in the restaurante is great, especially the hot breakfast which is included. Room service typically arrived within 20 minutes when we ordered it. "

"we loved the location of the hotel- so close to everything we wanted to do, but still quiet. Large lobby offered a welcoming haven after a day out and about. The on site restaurant was lovely-food delicious too! The staff was great- when we arrived there was an tech issue with card keys not being read-Staff happily walked us to our room to let us in until the issue was resolved. So glad we chose to stay at The Emmiline!"

"We had a maintenance issue in our room. There wasn’t a solution that could work. Face it, not everything is always perfect, but that is why you have customer service. When there is an issue rational people wonder how they will make it right. Staff tried to address it. Management backed them up. And the situation was made right. "
