The Property is Very Dingy and The Smell was terrible. We walked out 10 minutes after checking in. The noise / music blasting as we were walking to or room was totally unacceptable. The people walking around looked like local undesirables. I am going to ask for a refund of any and all charges

We could not take a shower as the shower wand was lying in the tub. There was no shower head! The wand was tied to plastic tubing! Totally unacceptable! Toilet paper holder was half out of the wall! REQUEST FOR FULL REFUND!

There was some mechanical issues with the refrigerator and the linen sheets on the box spring was not clean. the shower also was coming up with water and took some time to drain.

It is a decent property that could easily be made better. Mostly little things detracted: Shower curtain not clean at bottom, no bath mat, bathroom did not appear to have working ventilation, no extra blanket, refrigerator did not cool anything placed in it, continental breakfast inadequately maintained. I considered it satisfactory but not at all exceptional

The hotel looks very run down and in need of a deep clean and little repairs. The pool was not open, even though they said it was on the phone. One of our non-smoking rooms REEKED of cigarettes, and both rooms were very poorly cleaned - hairs all over, liquid stains on the floors and desk tops, burn holes in the chair, food left in the fridge. The beds were comfy and the staff very friendly. Great restaurants within walking distance, though the breakfast in the hotel was pretty bleak. Had to wait 15 minutes for coffee, no fresh fruit, and almost no selection of yogurt or cereal. Head over to Applebees if you want real food.

Arrived at hotel and after reserving a non-smoking room, checked into my room and smelled like someone smoked a carton of covert red a day for the last 10 years. The moved me to another room. My 16 year old daughter lifts her blankets back to find hair and dirt everywhere.i ask manager to come to room. Once there, while showing manager dirt and hair bc sheets obviously are not clean, we lift sheets on other bed and it has a used condom laying on it. With trash on the floor. Dirt and food stuck to floor. So she switches us rooms to another one. We go into that room and sort and food spilled on floor and walls. Chunks out of toilet seat. Tub floor stained yellow. Multiple stains all over chair in room.

Save your money and book somewhere else!! I tried to move to a different room three times and was then told they have no more rooms available. Either the room smelled of smoke, tub was dirty with hair in it, or there was a broken toilet seat. Very bad experience! I will never stay at a comfort inn after this.
