"The stay itself was good, and the hotel had nice amenities. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service. The housekeeping policies did not seem to be followed consistently based on the length of our stay. When we went to the front desk to ask about housekeeping services, the staff seemed somewhat unwilling to accommodate our request. We understand that there were a limited number of housekeeping staff members and many rooms to service, but the overall experience could have been handled with better communication and customer service. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and its amenities, but the housekeeping service and the way our concerns were addressed could definitely be improved."
