"The property was as listed. The breakfast was better then most advertised as continental but they had oatmeal, cold cereal and yogurt a nice surprise and the price was great"

"This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive. I mentioned that my door was cracked and it was repaired the next day and the manager said the high humidity sometimes will cause that. There were only 2 concerns that I had. First the hot tub looked like a bubble bath and water appeared dirty. The second is that rooms are only scheduled to be serviced every 3 days which I feel is too long. Overall a great place, close to Hershey Park and reasonably priced."

"Very easy check in. Dining staff (1 lady) was great, made sure everything was filled up, quickly cleaning off tables, etc. Continental breakfast was good, alot of options. Will have to say our room faced the highway so we heard traffic all night long. However, my son and family were on the opposite side of the hall and did not hear the traffic."

"I have stayed in hotels at all levels, and though I would certainly not call this one luxurious (the carpet could stand to be replaced, the paint to be refreshed), I give it a five-star rating nonetheless for its excellent customer service. The young man at the desk when I checked in, Jordan K., helped me out when Hotels.com/Expedia would not, going to some trouble to make sure that I and my friend were given our rooms with a minimum of hassle. While he dealt with the paperwork for my issue, he greeted new guests and pointed out the amenities to them. He was polite, professional, and friendly to everyone. Rarely have I been so impressed! For other travelers: Yes, the hotel is a little run-down, and there is no breakfast. (A sign at the desk suggests some nearby restaurant options.) But it is close to downtown Harrisburg (and charges a reasonable fee for overnight parking), the beds are very comfortable, and the staff is awesome. (The woman working the next morning was also extremely pleasant and polite.) I would and will stay here again."
