"Overall, the house was a great stay for our large family reunion. Very spacious with plenty of amenities such as a pool, theater room, and tennis court for play. The only issue we had was with the quality of the amenities. Many of parts of the house were broken or faulty, lots of creaking and concerning noises from fans and doors. Multiple toilets broke down and were out of use. The hot water was unreliable, and we didn’t have hot water the entire first day. There’s also quite a lot of bugs that...

"first I want to start saying that the house is not secluded like the title says, there are a lot of neighbors near the house and they even complaint about my group saying we were loud and recorded us.. so where’s the privacy?.. "We spent a long weekend fishing and golfing around the Lake Ariel area. The house has everything you need and plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. The lake front was amazing with a dock, firepit and a wonderful deck over looking the water. Its also a very private location. Would recommend and hope to stay here again in the future. "
