"We had to ask for a new room because our first room had a very overwhelmingly musty smell. Both our daughter & myself are asthmatics and I knew it would cause us issues if we stayed in that room. After requesting a new room, we were quickly assigned a new room on the second floor & had no issues with it. The hotel pool needed some maintenance work but it was ok. The breakfast was great. There were some unruly teenage boys that took over the pool & chased us out of it along with another family with a kid under 10. Then, around 2am, some teenagers ran up & down the hall knocking on doors."

"The elevator that would have made it easier to get to our room was out of order. They had the doors open with a trashcan in front of it and it isn’t look good. The side door to get into the hotel was unlocked, even at night. The room was fine. Small but clean. For what you pay though, the property could have been much better maintained. "

"Not sure why we were charged an extra $50 upon check in. There was no carts for unloading and the front desk made no action to find one. She continued to play on phone. The tile in the shower was cracked. Maintenance did at some point try to fill it but did do with gray caulk instead of white. It makes it appear dirty. Breakfast was amazing!"

"Seems like an older property, but updated nicely. We had a problem with a lamp in our room and it was promptly replaced."

"I must say staying at the Fairfield in Indianapolis Indiana was marvelous amazing the facility with everything I expected enjoy the help the room service all the employees were very friendly"

"i don’t do much when i go out, i am just out of town for work or to blow steam so i am either never there or there sleeping the whole time. worked out pretty well for me everything worked out."
