#### Perfect cabin
We loved this cabin - the size was just perfect for me, my husband, and two kids. And I love that the property allows dogs, but it was still spotlessly clean when we arrived. Communication from the office was so great, super responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

#### Great getaway
This cabin is super cute and cozy & probably one of our favorites to date. It's the perfect size for a couple, and we really liked that the master, hot tub, and kitchen were all on one floor. It is in a neighborhood. There is plenty of space between houses but you are able to see other places. Whether this is a pro or con depends on how secluded you want your experience to be. The wood fireplace was something I brushed off as a novelty during the booking process, but it was actually really nice to have. It wasn't nearly as messy or as much of a hassle as I thought it would be. We had a couple stay with us for a portion of our stay. They stayed in the upstairs loft area, which was fine for a couple of nights, but probably not ideal for longer stays—it's an open loft and has two twin beds. It could be great for kids, though. Overall, this is a great place, and we'd definitely come back!

#### very clean and well maintain but....
The cabin is small, cozy and clean but..... The mattress in the master bedroom on the ground floor was so uncomfortable, we couldn't get a good night sleep to be honest. You feel like you are in a bouncy castle. The hot tub has a leak (we noticed when we walked the dogs behind the house) so we called management and they were not concern about it at all. We wanted to use the hot tub and we noticed that the water levels were lower and the water wasn't that hot so we decided not to use it. If you want to watch Netflix or Hulu bring your own stream devices because they don't have a smart TV so you won't be able to stream from any of the TV in the house. We were supposed to stay until Tuesday morning but we decided to leave Monday and get a good night sleep.

The property was clean and the AC worked well during a hot summer. The beds were comfortable. The location is wonderful. It was peaceful and quiet the whole time and we saw 8 deer while there! Beautiful! The hot tub was really nice though it’s a little smaller than some others so just be aware. Sadly, a lot of the furniture for sitting was not very comfortable. There was 1 recliner that was comfortable but the couch which makes up 3 of the 5 living room seats is very creaky and uncomfortable and the cushions that cover the fold our bed are small and sink so far into the mattress that my kids often had their legs on the metal bars below. The back porch has a few beautiful wood rocking chairs but there are no cushions so my mother, who usually sits outside the whole trip, couldn’t stand being out there long before she could barely stand without wincing. There is NO wood included with this cabin for the wood burning fireplace. It was summer so we wouldn’t have used any anyway but I wanted people to be aware in case it’s something they are looking forward to. There is still only 1 dishwasher tab included and we stayed for 6 days. It seems like at least 2 would have been fair. The kitchen was very small so we were constantly stepping on each other ha. If you have only 2 people staying here, it would probably be much better since you could ignore the couch and no one would be too close in the kitchen. With 4 it is a little crowded. :) Perfect as always!

#### Great spot, bring your own supplies!
Overall we had a really great time. The cabin met our needs and we enjoyed our stay. Having a hot tub on a screened-in porch with a view was amazing! Make sure to bring your own stock of sponges, trash bags, toilet paper, dish washer and laundry soap. There was really only supply for one day and there was no sponge or dish soap at all.
