"Beds were hard. Breakfast was poor. Not a good stay. "

"We had to change rooms three times during a two nights stay. First, there was no refrigerator in the unit 210. Second, there were no working TV, no coffee pods, in the unit 208. After saying so at the office, we still had to wait for a TV repair technician, the mugs were not cleaned…the only solution was for us to move back to the unit 210 where a fridge was finally installed."

"My stay was okay overall, but there were a few drawbacks. The staff did not greet guests much or interact very warmly, which made the atmosphere feel less welcoming. The pool and hot tub had a very strong chlorine smell that made them less enjoyable to use. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options available. I also didn’t like that food from breakfast could not be taken back to your room, which felt inconvenient. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but there is definitely room for improvement."
