"La personne a l’accueil ne nous a pas donné les horaires du petit déjeuner ni le lieu pour le prendre, ni indiqué comment se rendre dans la chambre (où est l’ascenseur dans un hôtel inconnu est une information utile). La salle de bain n’était pas propre, bonbons au sol, mouchoirs usagés, protection de rasoir jetable dans les savons….
