"Great stop before the tunnel. Lovely room with bathrobes, good tea and coffee in the room etc. Everything we needed. Pool looked great but didn’t use due to late arrival and don’t have breakfast as early departure - but I imagine it would have been good!"

Appalling customer service
"The checkin info was misleading, we were told that were able to check in at any time but when we reached the accommodation, there was no staff there to entertain us. Ended up having to sleep in the car at a service station. :("
