The Majestic is totally fair - very reasonable price but still clean and the location is solid.
Don’t expect fancy or stylish, but it’s friendly and the staff is great.

Had a peaceful stay at Ogunquit River Inn and Suites. Very clean, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, continental breakfast with lots of choices for those with dietary issues. The pool was clean and no chlorine smell. The location on the north end of Ogunquit was beautiful and quiet.
