Overall great stay and location. Wifi sucked on property. We used a stroller every day and often guy at the entrance did not open the door for us and one tjme our room was not cleaned so give 4/5 stars.

Amazing place in the heart of Old Montreal. Concierge and valet staff were super friendly. Valet parking was underground and they brought up our car in 10minutes. They helped load and unload luggage too. Check in and check out was a breeze. Room had balcony and lots of glasses and wine glasses. Bathroom was huge, almost same size as the room. The bed was super comfy and cozy. Room was clean and well mantained. We had tub and shower in our room. Room was very bright. Amazing stay! Will definitely return!

Splendid hotel with very attentive staff. The breakfast menu is limited and the service very slow. We were asked on arrival if we would like breakfast to be added which we agreed to at Can$ 23.50 each per day. What was not explained was the various tax and other add ons we could expect to see making it much more expensive. Apart from breakfast, the hotel is an excellent experience. I must add that the breakfast food was fine too.

Beautiful place overlooking the street able to see all the action. Wonderful staff- quite cheerful and helpful. The onsite restaurant was nice too but if you wanted to cook in your room there were all the amenities for this to happen spacious and stocked kitchen.

The hotel is undergoing some renovations. although there was no noise, some areas were blocked off. The elevators can also benefit from renovation ( they were old and run down) otherwise everything was great. Rooms are big, spacious and clean.

This was a great hotel for traveling with kids. We had a one bedroom queen suite with a separate bedroom and living space which had a pull out sofa. There was a small kitchenette with a microwave, good size mini fridge, stovetop, Nespresso coffee maker, dishes and even pots and pans. The TVs were on the small side if your use to large big screen TVs in hotels, but it included video games and which the kids loved. Overall a great stay. Great location in Old Montreal. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes, and to the river. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property, wonderful staff and service! There was an Easter egg hunt organized on Sunday, that my daughter loved.. the staff were so kind and tried to accommodate every child participating. Hotel was clean and there was a bit of work going on in some parts, but we were not disturbed at any time. Valet service was quick. Will definitely come back to stay here, and highly recommend it.
