This large, fully renovated apartment with 2 real bedrooms, located on the seafront in the popular Corniche district, is the ideal apartment for a great vacation. Its access without stairs, which is not negligible since the access is made directly by this raised floor and less than 2 minutes from all the shops in the neighborhood. Private access to the sea is from the residence, and a cove for swimming or relaxing is located below the residence. You will have at your disposal a loggia with this breathtaking view and located due south, this is extended by a 22m2 terrace. It offers a perfect setting to relax after a day spent in the sun. The apartment is being classified (4 stars), everything has been thought of, of course the apartment is air conditioned, and has an unlimited wifi internet connection. Sit on the sofa (possibility of converting it into 2 beds) to contemplate the sea or take advantage of the accessories available to you, such as a Wi-Fi connection with its many TV channels, you can prepare delicious recipes in the kitchen Equipped even over-equipped with of course a large dishwasher, ceramic hob, then enjoy them around the dining table intended for 4 or 6 guests which is in the loggia with in sight this beautiful panorama. The apartment has 2 bedrooms of 11m2, each with an independent flat screen, large closets, one with a 160cm double bed and the other with 2 80cm beds that can convert into a 160cm bed, all closing with electric shutters. The bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. The toilets are independent. It has all the equipment for maintenance, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, and cleaning products. Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the price. At the end of the stay, the cleaning must be done by the tenant or can be organized for the sum of 60 euros. You can either bring your own linen or rent them for 12 euros per person. Regarding the bed linen you can also bring it or rent it at the rate of 20 euros per bed. Each bed is equipped with 2 pillows, a bolster, and a duvet. A deposit of 800 euros is required upon arrival. The apartment has a garage located not far from it. It will park your vehicle. Air seats are located in front of the residence. Smoking is not allowed inside (or in the loggia). Pets are allowed upon prior request. Description of the surroundings This apartment enjoys a privileged location, which will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in the region thanks to its excellent location. You can do everything on foot, 20 minutes on foot from the center of Sète, with this beautiful stroll along the Corniche, or 10 minutes by bicycle along the cycle path. A bus line leaves from the station and stops 150m upstream from the apartment; all you have to do is let yourself go down towards the sea. This same bus serves the port and the city center. All shops are 2 minutes away: The district known as "de la Corniche" borders the city beaches; effervescent in summer, it offers several kilometers of sand between the sea and the Etang de Thau, each beach offering its atmosphere, as well as a shopping street for all daily needs. For amateurs, a casino is located 150m from the apartment. The neighborhood is welcoming and very well connected to the city for more urban activities. The city of Sète is full of diverse and varied activities outside the beaches: Sea Theater, Paul Valéry Museum, International Museum of Modest Arts, annual games, canoe ride along the canals, hike to the top of Mont Saint - Clear (panoramic view), scuba diving, swimming, windsurfing, tennis, mountain biking, cycling, horse riding, fishing, rollerblading, water skiing, golf, sailing and water sports... Sie bietet viel Platz und ist super ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Lage ist genial. Direkt am Haus befinden sich ein kleiner Sandstrand. Ca 200 m weitere beginnt der riesige Sandstrand von Coniche. Die FeWo liegt zentral und die Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gleich ums Eck. Trotzdem wohnt man hier sehr ruhig. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist das die aufgeführten Preise für die Zusatzleistungen nicht aktuell sind! Wir haben für die Endreinigung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher ein ganzes Stück mehr bezahlt! Am besten die aktuellen Preise abfragen. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Eventuell bringen wir dann die Handtücher usw. selber mit. ##### Hagen M. Un grand merci à ludovic pour sa bienveillance. Tout était parfait, très cosy, un vrai petit coin de paradis avec une très belle vue, sans oublier les cadeaux de bienvenue. Nous reviendrons ! Très bien décoré mais peut être trop chargé en meubles et bibelots pour une location avec enfants. Manque une table haute à l'extérieur pour déjeuner, table basse pas pratique pour prendre repas et trop loin du parasol. L'espace de stationnement privé à côté de l'appartement est fantastique. La communauté à proximité a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour le séjour. Excellents restaurants. Von der Nespressokapsel bis zum Webergrill ist alles bestens ausgestattet. Sehr bequeme Betten. Restaurants und Geschäfte fußläufig. Petite plage en contrebas de la résidence qui était très bien pour aller se rafraîchir quand on voulait. Accueil chaleureux, gourmandises à l’arrivée...
