There were hundreds of cigarette butts outside by the door area and beer bottles in the back yard. The floor inside the house had blood on it and the ones of us that had on white socks they were black within hours. There were empty water bottles under the beds (2) and a couple of random water bottle caps on the floor. When arriving the front screen door was propped open with a chair and both bathrooms had windows open. Like I said the house is very nice but unfortunately, I feel as nice as the house is the owner doesn't know it's NOT being taken care of, and this is very sad to me as I rent out properties as well. ##### Teresa C.
