The sleeper sofa needs to be replaced. It felt like you were going downhill when you laid on it and the mattress was very thin. The mattress on the king bed was also in need of replacing. In the kitchen the drawer facings kept coming apart. The price has nearly doubled since we were there a few years ago so we felt like this unit was not up to standard.
