We stayed three nights, rented e-bikes at La Roue Qui Tourne in Castelnaudry, and had a fun visit. I understand from the owner that there normally is an extra fee for towels, so be aware. You will also need to pay attention to the detailed instructions provided by the owner to open the front security door."

For bikers, it’s off the canal along a busy road but very manageable and has a safe garage for storing bikes. The restaurant on premises is very pretty and the food and service excellent. "Samuel the host met us and showed us around the property explaining all we needed to know. The property had air con in every room which was such a benefit in the very hot weather we had.The property overall was very good the garden a bit uneven under foot so could cause problems for someone unsteady walking. The kitchen in particular was fantastic and enough crockery and utensils to accomadate 20- 30 people if not more .The beds were all comfortable and with a family of 10 from 64 down to 2 we all slept well. Would definitely recommend this property for a rural holiday. Great cycling/ hiking track on your doorstep and shops within 5 min drive or supermarkets 15- 20 mins away"
