Deposit charge, when this app doesn't explain!! They threw some stuff when cleaning, floor was dirty, really noisy!

1. El servicio sin atenciones 2. No nos dieron otro cuarto ya que el que nos toco estaba a un lado del elevador y lamentablemente mucho ruido de las personas entrando y saliendo super incomodó. 3. La comida super fria solo lo unico bueno fue el cafe. 4. Los cuartos deteriorados 5. Sin toallas anti derrape solo dos nos dieron.

En las 3-4 ocasiones que fui al mostrador, los empleados estaban juntos hablando distraídos en la recepción y tardaron en atenderme; sin embargo, las señoritas de recepción me trataron muy bien (Reyna, Mayra, Karla). Una muchacha de aseo el sábado 16 fue muy linda, amable y atenta a nuestro servicio de limpieza. El cuarto estaba muy limpio, pero el baño tenia olor a humedad, el aire solo funcionó bien la primera noche y un rato después que lo reporté al segundo día ya que el cuarto estaba caluroso. El aire acondicionado es muy viejo y hace mucho ruido para dormir a gusto. También, había mucho ruido ya que estuvo goteando todos los días y dejó la alfombra extremadamente mojada. Las puertas corredizas del closet estaban rotas y tenían cinta gris para aguantar el vidrio, los pocos canales de TV eran programas viejos, la conexión WiFi era inestable y la electricidad tardaba en prender y parpadeaba varias veces como queriendo fundirse los focos (parecían como haciendo corto circuito). Opino que la calidad del hotel es muy pobre y deberían invertir en actualizar y modernizar las habitaciones para el servicio que ofrecen. Cuarto 220 con 2 camas.

The lady in the front desk Carla was very rude and unprofessional.I asked for transportation to a restaurant near by the hotel the lady Carls responded “ go walking” it was 9:30 pm an area that is not so safe at night.

Stayed at this hotel many times before, as always the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms do need updating. I would like to add that the hotel is adequate for my needs to visit family who live close by.
