Poor Management/Cuting Cost affecting clients

They gave us a rooms with holes in the walls, the window of the door from the vila is broken entirely, the heating system was turned-off and we get cold, the behavior of the receptionist was terrible, they back-talked to us and laughing about our complains

week in Tuscany

Lovely location: Peaceful and serene and easy drives to Florence, Siena and Cortona. Two pools and gym. No WiFi in room and even spotty in dining room. That was a definite negative for me. Also was surprised that there was no hair conditioner or moisturizer given it is a spa. Great shower!

Nice enough but lacking atmosphere

The hotel complex is actually very nice and quiet; very clean, plenty of parking, interesting layout. The staff were also very welcoming and accommodating. However the atmosphere is slightly dead, and doesn't fit too well into the Tuscan location. The breakfast could also be improved; cold food was okay but the hot food options were of poor quality. Note, there is a 10-15 walk up a steep hill to get to the walled city entrance.

Muito bonito !

Ficamos no prédio anexo e era realmente longe do principal (uma ladeira), tanto que fomos tomar café de carro... porém o hotel todo e o prédio anexo erm bonitos e caprichados, com cadeiras para apreciar o jardim, piscina e academia. Nosso quarto tinha uma banheira com hidro e bastante espaço. Foi excelente, recomendamos.

Easy drive to Montepulciano

The bedroom was nice and clean but we did not care for the bathroom shower. Someone thought it was a good idea to put in "spa" showers but they are very small and I could never get the water temperature set. Too hot, then too cold. The location to Montepulciano was a couple minute drive. On one of the patios a group of people ate and drank in the evening and their dishes were still there in the morning. The staff was not unfriendly but they were a little "cold" and did not speak very good English. When I booked, I thought the hotel was a little further out from the town. It was on a city street with blind driveways. Pictures make it look like you are outside the city more.

Achtung bei der Wahl der Zimmerkategorie

Wir hatten ein Annex Zimmer gebucht und sind auf Grund der Beschreibung von einer etwas unbequemen Lage ausgegangen. Angeboten wurde uns bei unserer Ankunft das am weitesten vom Hauptgebäude entfernte Zimmer, das sich außerdem im Anbau für Angestellte befand. Absolut keine Übereinstimmung mit der hotelkategorie, Modergeruch. Erst nach langem diskutieren wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer in einem Neubau angeboten. Das Zimmer war ok aber alles sehr weit vom SPA entfernt. Achtung kein Safe im Zimmer! Frühstück schwach, Anlage nicht bemerkenswert. Laute Musik im poolbereich.

stinkendes Zimmer

Das Zimmer befand sich ausserhalb der Hotel-Anlage und hatte null Infrastruktur, es hat sehr stark nach "gräuelen " gestunken, was zu Kopfschmerzen führte(Unbewohnbar!). Das Zimmer konnten wir nur gegen Aufpreis wechseln!! Der Preis liess sich nicht verhandeln!!

Vista incrível

O hotel está muito bem localizado e não tivemos vontade de sair. Vista linda da janela do quarto. No nosso quarto, não tinha serviço de wi-fi, pois era em outro prédio, bem afastado da recepção. Paracia ser um prédio novo, ainda em adaptação ao estilo mais sofisticado do hotel.

Très bel hôtel mais "chambre de luxe" confortable, correcte mais sans plus, pas très grande et des notes un peu décevantes pour le niveau de l'hôtel et du prix (des sandales et un peignoire pour le spa mais pas de chaussons dans la chambre, pas de sèche-serviettes et pas assez de place pour accrocher peignoires et serviettes....) Spa de bon niveau mais pas extraordinaire. Parking de l'hôtel gratuit mais non gardé et non fermé la nuit. Petit déjeuner américain très decevant (oeufs brouillés trop cuits et froid, lard trop cuit et sec...) pour le niveau de l'hôtel. En résumé : décevant pour le prix et la prétention affichée.

Ikke aksepter rom i annekset

Hotellet er fint, med noe hårete Spa-avdeling. Litt keitete plassert med en stram spasertur i motbakke til gamlebyen. Vi fikk rom i annekset, og det er 200-300 meter unna selve hotellet, i feil retning i forhold til gamlebyen. Det er et eget basseng der, men dårlig med fasiliteter ellers.
