"We stayed in the property over Christmas and New Year. The property manager was extremely attentive and helpful and had even provided a Christmas tree and decorations for us. Everything was very clean when we arrived and the pool was kept very clean. We mentioned that 2 of the sun beds were broken and someone was there to repair them the next morning. "This is a lovely, comfortable house in a great location for exploring Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio.We really enjoyed discovering the many hilltop villages as well as visting places such as Orvieto, Montefalco etc. Lovely views from the terrace of the village. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed the visits from the friendly local cats! "After booking in 2019 covid had caused a couple of changes to our booking, Guido (villa manager) was very supportive and helped with all our changes which was greatly appreciated, Guido’s communication via email was great, he would get back to me within 24 hrs of any question I had. 2022 and finally our dream holiday was becoming a reality.
