"If you're booking a special room through a third-party platform, be sure! Definitely call the hotel staff.Since I was traveling with my baby, I booked a large bed accessible room a month in advance. We got there a bit late that night and the front desk didn't tell us anything and just assigned us a regular room. Because the smoke alarm went off that night, everyone had to go outside and wait. When it was over, I asked about my room type and whether I could get a different room the next day. Unfortunately, the room type information wasn't shown on the order, so I couldn't show it to the front desk staff. The girl told me I only booked a standard room and couldn't switch rooms for me.Later that night, I contacted the platform customer service again to confirm my room type, and they also helped me call the front desk to ask.It's just that the girl said even if we book a disability-accessible room, we might still get a regular room, and regular room guests might get a disability-accessible room. That doesn't sit well with me - what's the point of booking my specific room type in advance then? Is the management that chaotic?Luckily, another front desk lady was working the next day and explained to me that they can't see the room types on third-party platforms, so you definitely need to book through their official website.Finally they helped me get a wheelchair-accessible double bed and added a small bed so we could make a bunk bed.I'm so grateful for their help and effort"

"We had a quiet stay in our great room. Confortable bed, clean fridge and microwave. Shower could use a better showerhead with more pressure and some hooks in the wall to hang towels to dry. But we appreciate our stay overall and felt secure."

"This is a excelente place for a getaway! From we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, very clean and well maintained every space felt comfortable and relaxing. "The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. That was the only positive of our stay. The room smelled badly of marijuana reside/smoke. The furniture was chipped and dated. The bedspread was so old and had many thin spots in the fabric from wear and tear. One of the bedside lamps did not work. There were no hangers in the closet and we had to go to the front desk for another pillow because our KING size bed only had three pillows. The plug-in outlet near the sink did not work and the plate of the iron was sticky and ruined so it was unusable. The front desk didn't have any replacement irons. There was a bright light outside shining directly into our window and so our room was lit throughout the night because the curtains did not block out the light. On the night we stayed there, we were traveling through and there was a tournament in town so all the rooms and hotels were booked so we couldn't go anywhere else. I will never stay here again. I would recommend to not stay at this hotel. It is terrible and very dirty."

"The breakfast was great and my kids enjoyed the pool. Room had some wear and tear (broken fan in the bathroom, rips in the carpet by the door) but everything seemed clean. Staff were helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay there again. "
