"Driveway wasn’t marked so due to construction was a little tricky to find. One elevator that moved slowly so, though I was staying on the fourth floor, my dog and I used the steps a few times. Upon entry at 5:45PM the A/C wasn’t even on so it was very hot in my room. After a few hours, it cooled down. All those things considered, I would stay here again due to ease of getting back on I45 for my travels to and from Houston."

"When I arrived, the girl at the front desk was polite and helpful. Once I got to the room, it was not finished with by housekeeping, and the tv remote was missing. But, when i went to the feont desk, she immediately apologized and had no problem switching me to a different room. Luckily the new room was right next door, so i appreciate the accommodation she provided."

"We stayed at this location of the Hampton after returning from a two week vacation and not wanting to drive all the way home. Everything was clean and fresh and very comfortable. The only thing I noticed was there was a little bit of a smell to the comforter from possibly being used from guest to guest. Other than that, everything was great! A little tricky to get to, but we follow Google maps and got there just fine.Highly recommend this property."

"I had a late check-in and I felt like the front desk girl was literally waiting for me and I was so grateful! The room was large and well appointed and sparkling clean! Breakfast was hot (or cold as needed) and it was all clean and inviting! Thank you for a lovely stay! Highly recommend!!"
