"Terrible unprofessional hotel. The staff are rude, the hotel had a awful smell. The jacuzzi water was yellow and smelt of urine. My room was so tiny that you couldn’t go toilet and close the door, the hotel had hardly any towels and when I asked for more they said they never had any. When I complained they insulted me. "Immediately welcoming on our first day. All staff very helpful. Accommodated different food preferences for our son. Evening meal was at 7:45pm - which was quite late for us. I think this varies depending upon what groups come in. Ski equipment hire on site - although we used the shop next door. It was a good fair price for a 2 star hotel. Just what we needed"
