"Everything was clean and tidy at the start of my stay; however, on my final day—before heading out with friends—I asked the receptionist to have my room cleaned and the bed sheets changed. Yet, when I returned late that night after being out all day, everything remained exactly as it was; nothing had been cleaned at all—not even the bathroom."

Reservations were required at both of the upscale restaurants on property which was a bummer. "
