The Condo:
Updated 1BR Studio Condo features a rainfall shower and a full kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, and coffee maker) with some retro touches. For your stay there is a pillow-top queen size bed as well as a queen size Sleeper Sofa in the living room. The living room also has a 60” Smart TV for movie nights at the lake. From the deck you will enjoy the view of the lake, pool, & evening sunsets from the bar table or sectional!

Accessibility: The Condo is on the second floor of the building accessible by stairs with landings or a ramp with a short set of steps.

We had a very nice weekend . The condo was cute and well appointed. View was lovely. We enjoyed using the boat ramp to launch our kayaks and also enjoyed a game of pickleball on the courts!!

Relaxing Getaway!

We very much enjoyed a "girls getaway"! The condo is beautifully decorated and the furniture was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals. The balcony was our favorite spot! Amazing lake views and a great bar to sit and enjoy wine.

Relaxing Couples Retreat

We truly enjoyed the space. It was perfect for an extended weekend for my wife and I. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck looking over the lake, and our host suggested walking trails at the community park that ran along the shoreline of the lake. AND to top it all off…the weather was perfect for our stay. If SML is an area in Virginia you haven’t seen yet…it’s worth a trip!

The owners’ attention to details in furnishing the studio is stellar. Quality appliances and bathroom fixtures, amazingly comfortable mattress with plush linens, and a comfortable living room and open deck area from which to view the lake. Perfect for a short get-away

We stayed for Labor Day weekend. The “condo” was small but perfect for a short stay. It had all amenities anyone could need. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were even better- so good that I ordered some from Amazon on the way home. The location was close to everything and the view was beautiful. The only down fall we had was with the internet, it was very spotty making it difficult to stream movies and such. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

2 night off-season weekend stay

Compact Condo With Nautical Decor

This compact condo, accented with nautical decor, offers convenient built-ins similar to those you might find on a boat. Nice views of the pool and lake. Unfortunately smokers on a nearby deck made it unpleasant to sit outdoors. Keep in mind that if climbing stairs is a problem this may not be the rental property for you. The bed was comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found the location to be convenient.

Cute condo

This was our first visit to SML, so we didn’t know anything about the area, or what to expect. The condo is very cute and just as pictured and described. We did not use the pool, but saw a lot of people enjoying it, especially on Saturday. We had a lovely relaxing stay. Regarding the area, everything is spread out and nothing really seems to be nearby. This seems true of all of the Smith Mountain Lake area that we saw, which surprised us. Having said that, we would go back.
