Wunderbares Appartement in einem sehr gepflegten Haus, super nah am Strand und der Strandpromenade. Die Einrichtung zweckmäßig, das Duschbad ist toll. Würde ich immer wieder mieten.

Cet appartement est très bien situé. On peut tout faire à pied ou bien prendre la navette gratuite située à proximité de l'appartement.
Tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner , pour la vaisselle , pour le ménage est à disposition.
Le propriétaire est très gentil et accueillant.
On peut louer sans crainte.

EMPLACEMENT PARFAIT, centre ville et bord de mer à pied, on ne peut pas mieux espérer.. seul petit bémol : le stationnement payant aux abords immédiats de l'appartement mais, à 10 mn à pieds on peut se garer gratuitement !
Appartement agréable et propre : RAS.
Et Cédric est un homme très agréable et disponible si besoin.
Je connais très bien MENTON pour y avoir vécu de longues annnées.. l'emplacement exceptionnel !

Perfect for s single or couple great location so close to train station and easy and charming host to deal with. Thanks for our stay. Extra bedding and towels for 40 extra needs addressing and pillows were not comfy and more needed

Voor huurders die niet tegen verkeer herrie kunnen, niet aan te raden. Locatie op zich prima loopafstand strand! Meld een parkeerapp aan. Handig! Er is geen airco dus erg warm.

Séjour dans un palace.
Nous avons trouvé dans un ancien palace un studio refait à neuf ,très bien équipé et superbement bien placé pour découvrir la jolie ville de menton à 50m de la plage.
Notre hôte s'est montré accueillant, chaleureux et a su nous prodiguer des conseils astucieux et pratiques pour faciliter notre arrivée, notre séjour ainsi que notre départ .

un tranquillo rilassante fine settimana lungo a menton
in un bellissimo palazzo stile bellepoque ex grand'Hotel Astoria c'è questo graziosissimo monolocale ma con tutti i confort a 50 metri dalla spiaggia . Abbiamo passato 4 giorni in tutto relax a due passi dal centro . Proprietario gentilissimo ci ha messo a nostro agio in tutto..... iperconsigliato

A gem in the heart of Menton
Cedric was fantastic, from meeting us to exchange the keys to explaining the flat and it’s ammenities to us!
The flat was great for us, clean, close by to lots of shops, cafes restaurants and the sea! Parking right outside, it was ideal for our visit and we would love to return there!
