Entrance to living room, lounge area offering a magnificent sea view including a trundle bed for 2 people (2 beds\*90\*190) and a spacious open kitchen. Bedroom and sea view with 1 double bed (140x190). Shower room, WC. Private terrace on the garden level. Parking in the property with 1500 m² of common land. Gîte near the Grande Corniche road (busy road during rush hour). Including charges. Tourist tax extra. The configuration of the beds is ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 children given . Stay on the Grande Corniche road overlooking the iconic French Riviera. This garden-level gîte in a typical Nice house is located in Eze, a few kilometers from its legendary hilltop village, near St-Jean Cap Ferrat, between La Turbie and Nice... 10 minutes from the beaches, Nice, and the Principality of Monaco. The 1500m² property includes four gîtes: 6340, 6341, 6343, and 6344\. Gite with beautiful sea view on the 1st level of a villa in Eze, Grande Corniche, 10 minutes from the beaches, Nice and Monaco
