This 42m² (460 sq ft) west-facing apartment features:  
Living room with two designer sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a desk area.   
Kitchen area in the living room features a large marble countertop that doubles as a dining table, equipped with a conventional oven, induction hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, American-style refrigerator, kettle, and bean-to-cupboard coffee maker.  
Bedroom with a 140x190cm (55x75in) bed and built-in cupboard.  
Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and bidet.
