This approximately 45sqm apartment comprises:  
Living room with a 140x190cm sofa bed, a dining table for 4-6 people, and a flat-screen TV.  
Kitchenette in the living room equipped with a 2-burner induction hob, a conventional oven, and a refrigerator/freezer.
