The unit is closely located to the train station (5 min walk). Nice area near the beech with many restaurants. The unit is generally in good condition. The building and unit apartment is difficult to find as it is tucked behind the main street. A simple diagram showing how to access the building and unit apartment would have helped. Also, basic toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo and toilet paper would have been a great help! Thank you!

The apartment is definitely better than the description shows. The hostess, like most French, speaks English poorly;) This is not a big problem. 10 minutes to the beach, nice and free. We visited the surrounding towns and Menton is the most beautiful in our opinion. You can admire the architecture. There are many lovely places. Excellent parking space. The air conditioning works brilliantly, the neighbors are not noisy. Large wardrobe, nice bathroom. Everything you need for a vacation. Very demanding people may not be satisfied with the view of the second building and the street, but remember that we are in the center of the town and the rental price is as attractive as the whole city. We highly recommend. If someone likes intimate cities without too much traffic and people, he will be satisfied. Thank you to the owner for good care and comfort for which she tried for us.

Bien placé mais mal entretenu
Nous avons passé un séjour agréable le logement étant à proximité de la gare et assez central sur la ville de Menton. Cependant celui-ci a été gache par énormément de poussière dans l'appartement ainsi qu'un manque d'ustensiles et d'outils pratiques (papier WC, sel, poivre, liquide vaisselle)...parfois indiqué sur l'annonce et non présent (sèche cheveux notamment)

Trés bon séjour à Menton
studio prés du centre ville et de la plage du casino 10 mn à pied sinon plage des sablettes 20 mn à pied cela se fait facilement.Studio dans un immeuble calme par contre la rue est passagère. En fermant les fenêtres le bruit est atténué et avec la clim cela réduit encore un peu plus le bruit.Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et reviendrons à Menton.

Appartement bien situé près commerces et bord de mer avec parking
Nous avons profité de revoir le vieux menton. Belles promenades en bord de mer et visites aux alentours. Par contre Eze village est devenu trop fréquenté mais très beau à visiter le matin
