Treat yourself to an enchanting getaway in this superb 34 m² air-conditioned studio apartment, located on the 2nd floor with elevator access. Its large south-facing terrace offers breathtaking and magical views of the sea, the port of Menton, and the old town.  
  
It comprises an entrance hall with storage, a living room with a Murphy bed (160x200cm) and ample storage, a sofa, two armchairs, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV; a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer, oven/microwave, coffee maker, and induction hob, opening onto a large terrace; a bathroom with a washer/dryer and walk-in shower; and a separate toilet. WIFI, bed linen, and towels are provided. An ideal setting for a comfortable stay overlooking the Mediterranean.

Located 5 minutes from the Garavan train station, you can easily travel to Monaco, Italy, and throughout the region. Public parking is available near the apartment.  
The Garavan district, also known as Little Africa, is renowned for its sunshine and quality of life, with shops and beaches nearby. The new Menton Garavan port and the Sablettes quayside have been renovated. You'll find numerous shops, restaurants, private beaches, water sports, fitness trails, and entertainment venues.

Buses and train stations are nearby for easy access to the city center, Italy, Monaco, and the entire region.  
Public parking in the blue zone – Available for €15 per week via PayByPhone.
