Ideally located on the seafront, just 5km from Monaco, 2km from the Italian border, Ventimiglia 10km, Nice 25km, and San Remo 35km (accessible by train/SNCF station 400m away).  
  
Sainte-Agnès (Europe's highest coastal village, only a few minutes away by car).  
  
Tennis court 300m away, amusement park 10 minutes away...  
  
The 69m2 property comprises a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 large bedroom with 2 beds, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet plus a large terrace facing the sea for relaxing, dining and enjoying the stunning views during the Lemon Festival parade.  
  
Numerous additional facilities (high Wi-Fi, television, iron, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, toaster, washing machine, air conditioning...).
