Stay in this pretty air-conditionned studio just a stone's throw from the beaches of Roquebrune Cap Martin.  
In perfect condition, it features a sitting area and a real bed for maximum comfort.  
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave grill, Dolcegusto coffee maker and dishwasher. You can also enjoy meals outside on the balcony.   
The apartment is ideally located close to shops and restaurants, and just a block from the beach.   
  
Bed linen and towels provided.
